Mechanics

1. Promo runs from August 9 to September 9, 2025. Submission of entries starts on August 9; deadline is on September 9, 2025.
2. To join, customers must spend a minimum of P1,500 in a single receipt (dine-in only) in any of Gerry’s SM branches nationwide. The receipt (proof of purchase) serves as the raffle entry.
3. Participants must submit/upload a clear photo of the receipt via Gerry’s promo web page with the following details: name, contact information (i.e., postal address, email address, mobile number), and purchase transaction details (i.e., S.I. number, branch’s T.I.N., date of transaction) that are written in the receipt. 4. Upon submission of the entry on the promo web page, the participant shall receive two emails: the first confirming the submission; the second authenticating the entry.
5. One raffle entry per transaction receipt only. Valid for all receipts from August 1 until September 9, 2025. More receipts submitted, more chances of winning.
6. Determination of winners is on September 15, Monday at 2 p.m. in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. Prizes:
   • One (1) winner of one (1) Yamaha PG-1 Motorcycle
   • Five (5) winners of a vacation trip for two (2) for 3 days and 2 nights including hotel accommodation and airfare, excluding pocket money and food expenses: Singapore trip (1 winner, including travel tax), Boracay, Aklan trip (2 winners), Panglao, Bohol trip (2 winners). Note: Validity of Singapore trip is 6 months, while Boracay and Panglao is 1 year, upon winner’s acknowledgment of notice of winning.
   • Four (4) winners of an iPhone 15 smartphone
8. Tax and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the Yamaha PG-1 motorcycle prize shall be shouldered by the winner. While the tax for the vacation trip and iPhone 15 prizes shall be paid for by Gerry’s.
9. The motorcycle and vacation trip prizes are convertible to cash but non-transferrable. The iPhone prize is not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call. Their names will be posted on the Gerry’s official Facebook page.
11. A participant can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with the higher value.
12. Winners must claim their prize only at the Gerry’s SM branch that issued their winning receipt (raffle entry).
13. To claim their prize, winners must present their original winning receipt, along with one (1) valid government ID. If claiming through an authorized representative, the latter must present an authorization letter signed by the winner, the representative’s valid government ID, a photocopy of the winner’s valid government ID, and the original winning receipt.
14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Prime Pacific Grill Corp. with prior approval of DTI.
15. All employees of Gerry’s and Prime Pacific Grill Corp, their advertising agency and suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
